Sussex Sauna: Småland
Set in the grounds of a beautifully restored Georgian home, the garden designed by a renowned designer positions the sauna below a hedged near the outdoor pool. Sitting on river boulders enabled us to position the sauna on the slope of a flower bed overlooking the most beautiful natural pond.
As the sauna is built traditionally from substantial timbers each piece is man handled to site. This enables us to get to hard to get to sites other builds couldn’t reach.
Great weather and easy access enabled the team to complete the sauna build in three days.
Sitting in the sauna you enjoy the vista of meadows and woods beyond the pond. The sauna has changed an away spot rarely enjoyed into a beautiful weekly ritual.
