Warwickshire Sauna, A Shokk&Awe Build
Our clients are well travelled enjoying fitness, yoga, well-being and horse riding. Positioned in the gardens of their historic stone house the sauna is well used through the winter months. On the back of the sauna we installed a copper shower to enjoy the cold contrast therapy in the outdoor elements.
The Shokk&Awe sauna experience is authentic and intense much more so than saunas found in commercial spas. Jo laughs that having a spa day away doesn’t do it for her now she has the real experience in her garden. Her next project is to run her own wellness retreat from home with the sauna being central to the experience.
